        闸杆摆动大怎么办?首先顺时针旋转平衡弹簧螺丝,增加弹簧拉力,注意调整弹簧拉力时不可过大,这个可以参照闸杆的平衡。其次闸杆的平衡调节:先要停电,用手动起杆至竖直位置,闸杆不能保持竖直容易倒下(打开离合)平衡弹簧拉力过少,可以将闸杆推至竖直位置,然后右旋平衡弹簧调节螺丝,增大弹簧拉力。再次,如果调到位置后,闸杆仍会倒下,重复操作上面所说的直至闸杆不倒下而且稍向上趋势,则说明调节完成。

         闸杆不垂直怎么办?拧开减震调节螺丝的螺母(闸杆坚起时压在减震胶块上的螺丝)调整减震螺丝对减震胶块的压力,直至调整到闸垂直后锁紧螺母。第二,如果闸杆调到减震螺丝与胶块不接触了,闸杆仍不垂直,就拧松连杆两端的锁紧螺母,正向或反向旋转连杆直至闸杆垂直后,锁紧连杆两端的螺母,注意:在调整减震螺丝时,使之对胶块稍有压力即可,锁紧螺母。

        闸杆在水平位置不够水平(也就是放下杆时)和闸杆不垂直时,是一样的调整方法,只是调整另一个减震螺丝。

        离合打不开怎么办?由于闸杆平衡调节不是很好或者减震调节螺丝对减震胶块压力太大,此时要打开离合,可以一手用离合手柄旋转离合,同时另一手轻按或拉起闸杆,直至离合打开。

Unscrew the nut of the damper adjusting screw (the screw that presses on the damper block when the brake lever is firm) and adjust the pressure of the damper screw on the damper block until it is adjusted to the vertical of the brake and the locking nut is tightened. Second, if the brake rod is adjusted to the shock absorbing screw and the rubber block do not contact, and the brake rod is still not vertical, loosen the lock nut at both ends of the connecting rod, and turn the connecting rod forward or backward until the brake rod is vertical, then lock the nut at both ends of the connecting rod. Note: when adjusting the shock absorbing screw, make it have a little pressure on the rubber block, and lock the nut.

When the brake rod is not horizontal enough in the horizontal position (i.e. when the rod is lowered) and when the brake rod is not vertical, the adjustment method is the same, only another shock absorption screw is adjusted.

What if the clutch doesn't open? Because the brake lever balance adjustment is not very good or the shock absorption adjustment screw is too much pressure on the shock absorption rubber block, at this time to open the clutch, you can use the clutch handle to rotate the clutch, while the other hand gently press or pull the brake lever, until the clutch is open.
